“Two years ago, I started getting really bad lower back pain. Even doing the tiniest thing off my routine or even just sitting in a chair for a longer period of time would flare up my back pain. After endless home remedies - getting a new chair, resting, heat pads, etc. my pain never went away. I met Justin when he was just finishing PT school, so naturally I went to him for help. He gave me a few exercises at the time and I would get relief every time I did them. And he would consistently check up on me to make sure that these exercises were actually helping me and adjusting as we went. “Justin Baharally is the best! I planned to deadlift 500 by the end of 2023 and injured myself 3 months ago. Being a PT myself I was managing it on my own but I was making slow progress.
