We will take a holistic, full-body approach to resolving whatever pains are holding you back from your training.

Initial 60-minute assessment video call
To make sure we find the root causes of your issues
Custom tailored programming and exercises
To make sure rehab adapts to your life and not the other way around
One 60-minute video session each cycle
We’ll always be able to troubleshoot whatever issues pop up
Additional live calls can be added at a discounted rate
Video analysis of your training with feedback on every workout

This service is like having a Strength Coach in your back pocket. If you have experience in the gym and want an in-depth experience to reach your strength training goals, I will personally guide you every step of the way. This option is also appropriate for you if you’re dealing with minor aches/pains that don’t affect training too seriously.
Online Coaching & Programming includes:
Initial 30-minute on-boarding video call
To make sure we start off training on the right foot, no stones left unturned
Custom tailored programming delivered through Turnkey coach training app
To make sure training adapts to your life and not the other way around
Video analysis of your training and Weekly check-ins
You have full accountability and never feel like you’re doing this alone
Daily, open-ended Communication
You’ll always have support with any and all questions you have (I’m the PT in your back pocket for a reason)

Threshold sessions
A 60-minute 1:1 session to go over whatever you need. In this session, we will develop potential solutions for whatever problems you’re facing. Be it pain or training plateaus, we will develop or tweak a holistic training plan to address your goals!
Threshold Sessions Include:
60-minute video call including movement assessment and exercise breakdowns
You’ll walk away from this assessment knowing what’s holding you back, what needs to be done to address your goals, and all the tools needed to get moving in the right direction
Email follow-up with documented plan discussed in video call
No need to memorize anything during the call! The email follow-up will explain everything mentioned above in writing for you to refer back to when you need it
